Medium: Recommended for users wearing Small through Large shirts and standard 10" x 12" armor plates.
Large: Recommended for XL to XXL body sizes, users over approximately 6'2", or those using 11" x 14" armor plates.
The cummerbund is designed to accommodate compatible 6" x 6" side plates.
